MAGIC IS EVERYWHERE

.... you just have to believe it is real. This is my magic mala. My beads of wisdom and my guiding line. To make a long story short it has been my favv piece of jewelry since the day it came into my life. Because yes, it came to me. It choosed me. Before I left on this journey around the world I met our dear friend and the incredible artist, Madonna Madhu. She is a designer of magic malas and she make all her creations in Ubud, Bali before she brings them back to Sweden. Each mala is blessed by a healer before they leave the island and each stone has its own meaning and purpose to fill.
Something inside me wanted me to have a mala before I went away on this long journey, but since each neckless is so spellbinding in itself - I wasn't sure which one to choose. Just relax, Madhu said, the right mala will come to you, it will choose you. I trusted her words and in that moment, when I decided to let go, I just knew which one I wanted. I didn't know anything about the different meanings of the beads before so when Madhu told me the story behind the mala it was almost overwhelming to take in.
My stones are called 'Carnelian stone', also known as 'Cornelian' and the meaning of these beads is to protect travellers and bring great motivation, clarification and action towards goals. This stone will also give you the courage and confidence to move forward on a new path in life and it balancing the Sacral Chakra which is your centre of creativity.
At first, I was lost for words. This was so spot on, I almost couln´t believe it was true. That´s why I call them magic malas, Maduh said.
And today, I do believe she´s right.
I went to Ubud, Bali. My mala has found its way back home and I feel blessed to carry it around my neck. I like to think it helps me move Cornelia Sun in the right direction and motivate me to work even when it sometimes feels like the way ain´t easy to walk.
But today I do believe it works.
My heart is open and I can´t wait to show you all what we have in mind. New designs, events and ideas about up coming charity programs. A tribute to Mother Earth and our global sisters around the world.
A tribute, yes. I vision that just came to us. A mission we were choosen to do.
When people ask us how we came up with the name of our label we´re not really sure, neither my sister or I. It just came to us actually. Cornelia Sun. It felt so powerful and filled with color.. A statement for love and light. Just like we wanted it to be. Today I think I know why it turned out to be this particular name.
Because today I believe in magic - From one sister to another.
